It has been 2 centuries, or 200 years, since Allen, Lenalee, Lavi, and Kanda defeated The Earl. It's now the 21st century and only the Bookman clan knows what took place. The Black Order has been taking care of the few remaining Akuma from the shadows and the normal people have lived peacefully, until two years ago that is. The Earl has returned, as well as the Noah. The heart is once again lost into the world and it's up to the new Black Order to find it and destroy The Earl, or The Earl could win this time around, bringing another great flood to the world.

If you have a Noah or a Bookman, you must have someone in the Black Order
There is a chance that your character will die. Remember to have both parties consent(The one being killed and the killer) and that your always welcome to make another character
No god characters. There can be some cheap innocence but it will still have some kind of flaw
No God-Modding
Only minor swearing and don't be graphic what-so-ever with romance between characters
The main place this will take place is Britain because keeping track of characters all over the world gets confusing
RP example needed from those taking a Noah, Bookman, or a Sub-Rank that isn't regular
The youngest your character can be is 14
I will play The Earl only when he is needed. He is like a npc and he will just be there, not taking much part at first, leaving it mostly to the Noah Clan.
